Radiant Labs & Gaming Guilds: New Experiments in Ecosystem Building
Hi, we're Radiant Labs, a creative engine that powers web3 projects with world class creative direction and production. Created by Phoenix Marketing, Radiant Labs was established to make Web3 marketing more accessible, consumable and exciting. On X, we showcase everything from campaign concepts, to what we see as the strongest current culture marketing signals.
We're working to expand on experimental ideas and shape the future of Web3 marketing, and so far in 2026, we've connected with 3 of our favorite Gaming Guilds (LOR, GaFin, and NamLongDAO) to deliver creative new events and experiences for players.
Many think Guilds are just about playing a game, but that's just the beginning. Gaming Guilds function like media projects. People teach each other, share resources, help new players get started, and build reputations over time. The Radiant Labs collabs began by sponsoring and supporting ecosystem-building game nights, as well as circulating shout-outs for big milestones.
We recognize that for most members, the guild becomes a combination daily social space, learning hub and sometimes even a source of income, all rolled into one ecosystem.
What we ran, and why it worked
So far in 2026, Radiant Labs partnered with three guilds: LOR, GaFin, and NamLongDAO. We produced live game nights designed to feel like real community moments, not just marketing posts.
The result was tangible participation at scale: across just three nights, 196 players showed up, with 128 members streaming inside Discord and 168 viewers tuning in live. That matters because guilds don't behave like typical “communities.” They behave like ecosystems. People teach each other, onboard new players, share resources, and build reputation over time.
When you run a game night inside a guild, you're not just creating engagement, you're giving the community something real to rally around. The social layer becomes the distribution layer.
The energy also didn't stay contained. Across those three nights, the content produced around the events generated 14,222 impressions and 2,957 engagements, driven by organic posts, winner announcements, and community sharing. And it wasn't just participation-heavy, it was outcome-heavy too, producing 80 total winners across the series.
NamLongDAO stood out as the biggest signal. Their game night delivered the highest engagement of the three events and drew 7,167 views on its own, planting the seeds for returning users, larger tournaments, and stronger momentum going forward. Individually, they reported it as their biggest game night yet.
Event Highlights
LOR / Off The Grid
Brought out 52 participants and turned participation into creation fast, with 47 Discord streamers and 66 Discord viewers active during the event. On the social side, the night produced 2,367 impressions and 1,736 engagements, including 67 likes, 59 reposts, and 52 comments. The tournament format also delivered clear outcomes, with 15 total winners.
GaFin / Isekai Blade
Delivered the largest turnout of the three with 70 total participants, supported by 42 Discord streamers and 102 Discord viewers. The recap content and community posts drove 4,688 impressions and 1,221 engagements, including 119 likes and 70 reposts, and the night ended with 30 total winners.
NamLongDAO / Maze of Gains
Posted the strongest signal, generating 7,167 views alongside 96 likes and 71 reposts, while bringing in 74 participants and 39 Discord streamers. The tournament produced 35 total winners, with a reward structure that included 25 winners receiving 2 keys each and 10 winners receiving $200 USD each, for a total reward pool of 50 keys + $200 USD.
In 2026, gaming guilds are global by default, running largely on Discord, with members of different cultures logging in from different time zones around the clock. That mix of gaming, social life, and coordination around shared goals is what makes guilds different from most other online communities and explains why they've lasted, adapted and grown.
Radiant Labs offers guilds a variety of artistic direction including:
- Image design
- Repeatable formats (mascots, narrative and lore crafting)
- All aspects of unique, high level IRL events
